We are the data controller for the limited personal data described below and process it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our solutions (Start With a Task, Approval Template, Task Delegation and others) are installed and run entirely inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, using SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate.
All data created or managed by the solutions stays in your tenant, under your organisation's Microsoft agreements and policies. We have no access to it, and the solutions send nothing to us or to any third party.
Our free tools (JSON to Expression, My M365 Tasks, Copy SP List) run entirely in your browser. Tools that connect to Microsoft 365 sign you in with your own Microsoft account and talk directly to Microsoft's APIs.
We don't store, log or receive any of your tenant data, credentials or tool inputs. Nothing leaves your browser except requests to Microsoft and anonymous, cookieless usage statistics (Plausible).

Purchases are handled by Gumroad as merchant of record. Gumroad processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy, and we never see your card details. We receive your name, email and purchase details so we can deliver the product and support you.
During a setup session you may share your screen while you configure the solution in your own tenant. We don't record sessions, keep copies of your data, or ask for your credentials or admin access to your tenant.
Invoices and other tax documents are kept for 10 years, as required by Czech law. Emails and enquiries are kept only as long as needed to support you.
We don't sell or share your personal data. We only use the processors listed above, each under its own data protection terms.
Gumroad, Formspree and Microsoft are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data outside the EEA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses, as applicable.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or restrict or object to its processing, by emailing hello@workappholics.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
