This agreement is between Workappholics s.r.o., Mojmírova 1710/15, 140 00 Prague, Czech Republic, company ID 23797436 ("we"), and the person or organisation purchasing a Workappholics solution ("you"). By purchasing, downloading or installing a solution, you accept these terms.
Our solutions are sold through Gumroad (tomriha.gumroad.com), which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad processes the payment, handles applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt.
Workappholics s.r.o. is the licensor and grants the license to use the solution under this agreement.
A solution package (for example a Power Platform solution file) and the documentation listed on the product page.
Free tools are provided under their own license terms.
A consultant license allows a consultant or agency to deploy the solution for an unlimited number of their clients. Each client deployment is covered under the terms of section 3.
Consultants may rebrand (white-label) the solution when delivering it to clients. They may not sell or distribute it as a standalone product, for example through a marketplace or online store.
You are responsible for ensuring your clients use the solution within the terms of section 3.
Except as allowed in sections 3 and 4, you may not:
We keep all intellectual property in the solution. You own all data you create with it.
The solutions run on your organisation's Microsoft 365 and Power Platform licenses. Microsoft license requirements are listed on each product page.
You are responsible for holding the Microsoft licenses your organisation needs.
Updates we release are made available to you through Gumroad, but we don't commit to releasing them. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis, unless your purchase includes a setup session.
The solution is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for testing it before use in production. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits.
The license ends if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and remove the solution.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be settled by the courts of Prague. This doesn't affect mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
